Nos plats sont basés sur les principes de la diète méditerranéenne, inspirés de la recette traditionnelle, avec une touche de modernité. Les produits sont toujours frais et locaux.

Ces professionnels cumulent de nombreuses années d’expérience, et leur philosophie repose sur un principe commun : le respect du produit et de la tradition gastronomique de notre pays. Le livre de recettes traditionnelles est un héritage culturel qu’il est nécessaire de préserver. Il n’y a pas de futur sans la mémoire du passé.

Notre carte est variée, avec des poissons et des fruits de mer qui apparaissent au moment le plus opportun : de la mer à la table. Un large choix de tapas facilite notre conseil pour des menus variés et amusants. Les riz et paellas, qui sont notre spécialité, méritent une mention spéciale.
